Here you will find two free programs that will help you get more familiar with Compass. Additionally, if you wish to purchase Compass, you can do that here, as well. Several publications and conference handouts regarding Compass and other KPR activities are available on the News/Publications page.
Trial Version of Compass Software
A free trial of Compass assessment software is now available. This provides the full-featured Compass system for unlimited use for 30 days after you install the program. You will be asked to provide your name and email information, and we will send you a confirmation and downloading instructions via email. Please note that once the 30-day trial period has expired, you will not be able to reinstall the trial software onto the same computer. We hope that the opportunity to have unlimited access to Compass will compensate for any inconvenience that may result from this.

Compass Documentation
Compass software comes with an integrated help system that documents all the features of Compass and provides numerous screenshots. We have made a version of the help system available here that you can view with any web browser. This may be useful if you just want to get a quick sense of what Compass can do, without installing any new software, or if your 30-day trial has expired and you didn't quite get the chance to explore all of Compass' features. Please note that while this browser version of the documentation has the same basic content as the help that is built-in to Compass, it does not look quite as nice (in our opinion) nor does it have the search feature that is included with the built-in help.

You can purchase Compass direct from Koester Performance Research for $179. With this method, Compass will be delivered electronically to you.
